1) Распакуйте эту модель зомби в ваш сервер.

2) Откройте Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\downloads.cfg и впишите туда путь к файлам

3) Далее заходим в Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\models.cfg и пропысывайте туда модель зомби

models/player/slow/real_mutant/slow_real_mutant
models/player/slow/real_mutant/slow_real_mutant_hs
models/player/slow/real_mutant/slow_real_mutant_head

4)Далее заходим в Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\zombie_classes.cfg и прописываем туда зомби к любому виду

5) далее заходим в игру и прописываем в чате !zmenu и выбираем вид зомби!
