1) Распакуйте эту модель зомби в ваш сервер.

2) Откройте Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\downloads.cfg и впишите туда путь к файлам

models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2.dx90.vtx
models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2.mdl
models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2.phy
models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2.sw.vtx
models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2.vvd
models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2.xbox.vtx

3) Далее заходим в Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\models.cfg и пропысывайте туда модель зомби

models/player/slow/mothercrab2_fix/slow_mothercrab2

4)Далее заходим в Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\zombie_classes.cfg и прописываем туда зомби к любому виду

например:

5) далее заходим в игру и прописываем в чате !zmenu и выбираем вид зомби!
